Established as a full-service event and creative agency in 2019, Next Level specializes in designing, planning, and coordinating events that reflect each client’s unique vision — whether it’s a wedding, community gathering, nonprofit fundraiser, corporate event, or family milestone celebration.

Next Level Agency is led by Erin Walton, Owner and Lead Consultant. Erin has been part of the event world for decades, with a journey that began in her early twenties when she was frequently invited to serve as a musician at weddings and special events. Through those experiences, she developed a deep appreciation for the details, timing, and coordination that make an event truly memorable.

As friends and family began asking for her help planning their own celebrations, Erin’s passion for event coordination continued to grow. By 2017, she was serving as a trusted day-of wedding coordinator, ensuring that every detail came together seamlessly. In 2019, Next Level Agency was born out of a simple but important need: people wanted someone they could trust to handle the details and bring calm, confidence, and excellence to their biggest days.

Today, Next Level Agency is a premier event coordination company serving Newnan and the south side of Atlanta, bringing beautifully executed events to life throughout the year.

Next Level is supported by an exceptional team of more than 15 trained professionals, each skilled in different aspects of event execution. Paired with strong relationships with some of Atlanta’s best vendors, we’re able to manage every detail—so you don’t have to.

Day of Coordinating

Planning + Consulting

Our Planning & Consulting service provides expert guidance from the very beginning of your planning journey. We partner with you to shape your vision, create timelines, recommend trusted vendors, and manage details over time—so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming. With consistent support and thoughtful planning, we help you stay organized, confident, and prepared every step of the way.

Floral, Decor + Bartending

We offer floral design, décor styling, and professional bartending services to help bring your event to life. From ceremony florals and reception décor to a well-run bar experience, our team handles the details that elevate the atmosphere and create a cohesive look and feel. With thoughtful design and seamless execution, we ensure every element works together beautifully—so your event feels polished, welcoming, and unforgettable.
